I have been at Zoominfo for 5+ years and feel that I have learned a ton since being here. For the most part management is great and they truly allow for work/life balance. I have been promoted twice and feel valued/ supported. Plus the product is absolutely amazing.

Cons

Sometimes so many changes your head will spin, but always learning and thriving.

Slow and inefficient work methods, slow work pace, not open to change and professional development, the way the employee's work is evaluated is very technical and unprofessional, does not respect and does not reflect the abilities and actions of the employees.
