We’re pleased to hear that you felt our compensation was good and regret that you feel you were micromanaged and experienced little work/life balance. We understand that the pace at ZoomInfo is fast, and it can seem like your work needs constant attention. The reality is, our work here never truly stops, and no matter what, it will always still be there waiting for us when we step away. With this in mind, we have to take deliberate action to schedule our time off for ourselves to rest and recharge.
