Pros

-Decent pay -Quarterly bonuses if you meet your goals

Cons

-When the CEO of the organization regularly has angry outbursts, swearing and fuming at employees, it should be a red flag -This toxic culture trickles down throughout management and everyone seems on edge -The marketing department in particular works like a machine, with regular discouragement of any kind of social interaction on a daily basis -If you aren't in the "in crowd" your opportunities are limited. I saw this with a co-worker who has been with the company for 5 years and had only once been promoted, whereas some are promoted every 6-12 months -The product in and of itself is morally questionable and not sustainable if the U.S. decides to follow Europe in it's data protection laws

Pros

The views from the office windows, maybe the benefits.

Cons

I guess this job is for you if you enjoy lying to people on the phone to get their personal contact information. Management is a joke. It's run by a bunch of 20 somethings that all hang out with each other on the weekends and if you dont fit in with that kind of culture, then you just won't ever fit in. My advice? Don't waste your time. It's not worth the money, it's not worth your sanity.

Pros

The compensation is in line with the industry.

Cons

Before considering a position at this company, it's crucial to delve deep into its culture and values. The work environment resembles a "Wolf of Wall Street" scenario where conformity to a specific archetype (predominantly white male) is the norm, and deviation requires assimilation. This setting might not sit well with everyone, especially those who value diversity and inclusivity. The company culture has not been positively received by the majority of the staff. Leadership practices are a significant concern, with many managers exhibiting crude behavior and a lack of transparency. It appears that promotions within management are based more on individual achievements rather than leadership qualities, which has led to a deficiency in effective leadership. Prepare for a hectic schedule dominated by internal meetings, averaging 3-4 daily, often filled with unprofessional language and negative remarks about form

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review about your experience. You are right that our culture is not for everyone but we do place a huge emphasis on valuing our people, our products and diversity of people and thought. We work hard, we problem-solve, we’re proactive, we’re nimble and we always support each other. We win because we innovate quickly and never slow down yet every day we strive to be 1% better. We can assure you that no one got promoted just because of their length of service. They're here because they've got the grit, the attitude, the skills, and the smarts, and they add something to the culture we care about. They keep their job because they perform and are good team members to others. If you feel like there are inequities on your team or are experiencing questionable leadership practices, please reach out in confidence to your human resources business partner. We appreciate your commitment to providing feedback.
