      Recruiters will tell you the OTE is FAR higher than what you actually make.

      As an SDR your base salary is always guaranteed and the commission on top of that is based on performance so your potential earning is what your recruiter likely shared with you.       They usually pay market wages. They have some awesome products.

      Cons

      The absolute worst company culture. Which is sad, it used to be pretty great. They need a total overhaul to bring it back to its former glory.

      - the product is great

      Cons

      - pay is below standard and quotas are enormous - micromanaged to death and the work never stops.100+ email internal chains on weekends -chop shop. if you start january 1, the faces you see on december 31 next to you will be super different - terrible culture of “passing the buck” downhill. everyone is getting whipped by their direct manager from entry level through VPs
