Thank you for recognizing our people, product, and compensation. We couldn't agree more on the people front: our sales team is truly the heartbeat of what we do, and we genuinely believe we have the best in the industry. Hearing that reflected in your experience means a great deal. The feedback on micromanagement is something we take seriously. We want every member of our team to feel like an expert and an entrepreneur: empowered to make decisions, take ownership, and do their best work, while still feeling supported when it matters. If that balance isn't being struck consistently across all teams, that's something we need to address, and we're committed to doing so. We know strong leadership means ongoing work on communication and trust, and we'll keep pushing ourselves to improve. – Steven Bryerton, ZoomInfo SVP of New Business Sales

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, and for the kind words about our sales process and product-market fit. We're proud of both. Your comments about lack of connection concern me. I never want anyone to feel like just another name in a Slack channel. At ZoomInfo, we work hard to run lean and nimble, and that means everyone here has a meaningful role to play and real ownership over their work. If that sense of connection and purpose isn't coming through, that's important for us to know. I genuinely encourage you to bring this up with your manager, and my door is always open to you as well. These conversations matter, and we want to make sure you feel seen, valued, and connected to the work and the people around you. Thank you again for sharing. – Steven Bryerton, ZoomInfo SVP of New Business Sales

Pros

- Positive work culture with a strong emphasis on employee growth, collaboration, and work-life balance. - ZoomInfo offers several learning platforms and internal opportunities to help employees continuously develop their skills and careers. - The company fosters a people-first environment with supportive leadership that genuinely listens to feedback and encourages new ideas.

Cons

As the company grows rapidly, processes and priorities can sometimes change frequently. However, teams are generally supportive and adaptable during transitions.
