      Pros

      Great technology, stack, people, culture to work with Great team and policies to take care of people in India, they have grown at a rapid pace but also keeping the culture and empathy in mind. Many different teams are growing fast and also collaborating with each other in India. Lot of tech events happen in India that gives opportunities to share knowledge, learn and get visibility. Lot of fun events also keep happening like sports and other activities. Its a great place to learn and grow together as the site is growing rapidly

      More senior roles are needed in India , may be it will be come as the site grows more

      Access to great AI tools, get stuff done culture (very little bureaucracy or politics)

      AI first culture and access to great AI tools that allow us to work smarter. Focus on getting real work done, there's very little bureaucracy or politics - corporate nonsense to deal with

      Really fast pace, which I personally like and am used to in tech. But may not be for everyone
