      Pros

      I love working at Zoominfo Israel as you always feel a part of a team who cares, sees your needs as an individual and not just as an employee. The atmosfphere is great, lots of cooperation all around. Managers are open minded and give you the space to express your abilities and to make professional progresses.

      Cons

      This is a very fast changing company, always heading towards the next thing and working often afternoons/evening due to the close connection with the US site. This does not suit everyone...

      I have the privilege of working in such an amazing place like Zoominfo. I find myself surrounded by top-talent individuals and strive to improve by 1% every day. The people are amazing, with unlimited opportunities to grow and develop my professional skills. The company is committed to the growth and development of its employees. In my role, I have the opportunity to work with different teams and departments, making my job both super challenging and interesting at the same time.

      Cons

      Occasionally working until late hours at night. However, I appreciate the flexibility to build my own schedule and make adjustments as needed.

      Good Compensation package. Great facilities and benefits. Well structured and organized annual performance review process. During the war in Israel, the management has supported significantly the Israeli employees wether they were drafted or not.

      Cons

      Not enough career development opportunities within the company.
