      Pros

      There is a culture of openess, you can reachout, talk and learn from anyone in the company no matter where and what position they are in. Challenging technologically

      Cons

      Alignment between different sections of the company is very bad. Each section does it's own work and does it well but it's not always what the other section thought should be done.

      I'm truly fortunate to be part of a company where the people are nothing short to amazing. The support within the team create an inspiring work environment. Moreover, the work itself is consistently engaging and filled with interesting challenges. I'm grateful to be a part of such a dynamic and fulfilling workplace!

      Cons

      Zoominfo is a global company, and as such may not suit everyone due to it's dynamic nature, late evening meetings.
