      What a Great Company!

      Pros

      I've been working for Zoominfo for a few months now, and I have only good things to say about the company. I feel excited to go to work every day and feel like I'm part of a team doing important things. The company motivates its' employees to speak up about their ideas, and several of my ideas have been embraced by my boss. The CMO is wonderful and and has taught me so much about the field. The hours are flexible and there's a lot of freedom to make our own decisions, with the support of the company.

      Cons

      You're facing a lot of challenges but there are so many opportunities out there and I'm sure Zoominfo will face them all head on and come out on the winning side.

      Values of wanting to do good, hard work, innovation and fairness. I love coming to work every morning: atmosphere is great, a lot of humor and VERY smart, talented and nice people around.

      ZoomInfo is growing so quickly, make sure we keep the family culture and core values.

      The company has good benefits to offer. Good working hours.

      Cons

      They teach you to lie about how you can gather information from other companies. They really make you undermine your integrity for meeting your weekly, monthly goal. Very poor language is used throughout the office everyday.
