      Pros

      had worked for ZI for about 3.5 years, The experience was nothing short of amazing. Had a wonderful team and the Culture was great. I was given plenty of opportunities to learn new concepts and was given the opportunity to work on cutting edge technologies. The compensation was very competitive and had multiple other policies that benefit the employees. The Leave policy was great, Dinner and cab facilities for people working on Afternoon shifts were provided. Overall a wonderful experience.

      Cons

      My team had to work all 5 days from office. Remote work was still allowed if you had a valid reason.
