Customers actually like talking to you because our solutions are pivotal in the GTM motion. ZoomInfo has so many solutions now to fuel sales and marketing motions, its easy to get opportunities to cross-sell and upsell. Also , we have a phenomenal leadership group here, they all look out for their employees. We move fast at ZoomInfo, but I love that there are so many groups that can support your success, the Onboarding team, learning and development, solutions consultants, CSM's, Product etc. Lastly, there is the opp to make a good amount of money... and you don't need to wait until the end of the year to do so!

Cons

This has gotten much better over the past year, but with the fast growth of ZoomInfo at times the account load was too high. They had significant growth in the Enterprise Acct Mgmt team which has helped that tremendously
