      Pros

      - the product has an excellent reputation in the market and it's value prop makes ROI easy to quantify to customers

      Cons

      - expect constant change in processes, commission plans, roles, teams, etc. - inefficient processes and workflows put in place by management that double your daily work output and don't contribute to hitting your number - countless unnecessary internal meetings - had to fight battles with leadership to get paid on deals that I worked on - Pushy, used car salesmen-esque sales tactic are a way of life

We have grown at an incredible pace over the past two years and missed out on some opportunities to optimize our team structures and processes.
