      ZoomInfo has genuinely been unlike any organization I have worked for in my career, and I say that as someone who has seen a lot of workplace cultures up close. It is literally my job. From day one, I was given full autonomy to run my desk with agency and ownership. There is no micromanagement here. If you are a subject matter expert in your field, senior leaders will actually defer to you, listen to you, and trust your judgment. That kind of partnership w/ hiring managers is rare, and it makes a real difference in how you show up every day. The peer support has been unmatched. There is no gatekeeping, no withholding of information, no politics around getting ahead. My colleagues genuinely want to see each other succeed. It is a true "rising tide lifts all boats" culture. When one person wins, we all win. The environment is supportive, encouraging, and welcoming in a way I have not experienced anywhere else. What also sets ZoomInfo apart is the investment senior leadership makes in equipping their teams for success. We are given the tools and tech stack needed to do our jobs at the highest level and there is absolutely no skimping here. The sky truly is the limit when it comes to learning, growing, and leveraging technology that empowers you to do a stellar job. Whether you are in sales, engineering, or talent acquisition, you will have access to best-in-class resources that amplify your impact from day one. Beyond the people and the tools, ZoomInfo is a company with a clear mission and the momentum to back it up. As someone in Talent Acquisition, I see firsthand the quality of people this company attracts and the genuine excitement candidates feel when they learn about the role and the culture.
