      Pros

      I do believe the product is as good as its lead competitors Apollo, Sales Intel.

      Cons

      Worst experience of my career. Little to no training on the product I supported. I had to teach myself and was then expect to present. They tried to put me on a plan on month 4 when I had not ever be fully trained. The manager never came to 27 minutes late to a 30 minute meeting. This happen every time we met. This company is a mess from the top to the bottom. I was a number there and I ended up leaving at 4 months. I never had an exit interview so decided to write this. The CEO is not a nice person and I would not speak to him if I ran into him in the street. That is a theme throughout the company. They are just not nice people across the board.

      We are micro-managing this toxic, unethical, nepotism, Bro!

      Pros

      The headline says it all. You could create a sitcom about this hilariously unethical company. Communication is non-existent because the leadership team is insecure and always looking out for themselves. One Director was told by a prospect that she felt like she was at a rental car counter because of his desperate sales tactics....which we are forced to emulate....or else. Yes, "or else" should be our company slogan. That is leadership and legal's approach to employees and customers. The CEO feels entitled to customers' money and to employees' time. Glad to have survived the recent layoffs....quiet quitting is part of the alternative culture here.

      Cons

      One time at Zoominfo camp...they removed the SDR team from our product and then doubled our sales quotas while reducing our commission rate. Stalkers love to use our data and we don't really try to honor data removal requests.

We have a clear code of business ethics that every employee signs before they start work with us, and we expect all employees to abide by it, including and especially our leadership. Any perceived unethical business practices should immediately be reported to HR or anonymously on our whistleblower hotline. Please speak up if you see something wrong! One point of clarification I would like to make, though, because it’s incredibly important to us – we have a turnaround time of less than 48 hours for requests to remove data from our platform and currently our backlog stands at zero. Our Compliance team did a fantastic job smoothing out this process in Q4. Also, as a point of fact, we have never in the history of the company doubled quotas. If your ZoomInfo experience is not living up to your expectations, and you’re not feeling supported, I want to work with you to make it right. I want to see all my AEs thriving and advancing.       Unhealthy work environment

      I cannot recommend this as a healthy work environment. There is little to no work life balance. Expect to work from 7am to 6pm every day. Expect to work weekends and holidays. Expect burnt out employees who are too afraid to speak up for fear of reprimand. Expect leadership that operates as stressed out task masters rather than creating a collective vision that employees feel a part of. I’ve worked for well-known tech companies for years and have never experienced anything like this place. At other workplaces, even if we had to work till midnight to meet an EOM deadline we all were working as a team, towards a bigger vision that leadership set. Better still, there was always balance to the “tough times” and leaders who knew how to be human and actually lead. None of that exists here. The pay is competitive with market, but it’ll likely cost you your health and definitely your time. Quitting was the best decision I made.
