      Open minded managers that give you the freedom and trust to develop interesting products by yourself while giving you support when needed. This enables you to greatly advance your career.

      Cons

      located in a remote town (not a lot of options for lunch).

      Smart, Talented Engineering Staff.

      Pros

      The technology team is focused, talented and hard working. There is not one person on the team who wouldn't be in the top 1% of engineers I've worked with throughout my career. Management is open and works hard to keep the employees engaged and motivated. The team has been focused on building upon the next generation platform that was released in November. Great technology architecture and future roadmap.

      Cons

      can be chaotic at times especially after the launch of the new platform and as we continue to add headcount to a growing technology team. Most of that is behind us now and the current team is well poised to build great tech.

      DiscoverOrg is the kind of place that pushes you out of your comfort zone, it requires you to try to learn new things. It is not an environment for people who want to stay in their comfort zones, or for drama queens. It is a team-oriented environment that requires cooperation and dedication.

      Cons

      It can be stressful at times, as it does require one to push one's self. It can require one to work later or more hours than usual.
