      Pros

      I started work during work from home and it’s been seamless. The on boarding process and “ramp up” period has been much better than almost every other company I have worked at. Really smart people at the company. Everyone here seems invested in the work. It’s been an enjoyable experience so far.

      I wish I started during when we were in the office so I could meet my team in person!

      Pros

      Flexibility and growth opportunities are always available, the team is well aligned with the mission and the overall product is just mind-boggling good

      Cons

      There are some less stable systems but that comes with the early stages of the company - over the next few years I am sure it will improve!
