      Pros

      Time goes by quickly. No more hot meals or snacks. Cold sandwiches and salad. A vending machine with $2 everything not worth it.

      Cons

      Training is inconsistent and unexplained. You either pick it up or they show you the door. The grading for the checkrides is based off one person’s opinion. Get an easy going instructor/grader and you’ll pass straight away. Get a bunch of instructors who don’t give a damn about your employment and you’ll fail your checkrides without a doubt. They never make a mistake, so everything that happens is your fault. If you can’t multitask well, you’ll be gone in a month.

      - Very cool, innovative product - Smart, collaborative people - Accelerated learning due to depth and responsibility - Opportunity to travel if managing international suppliers - Positive impact on resume for future opportunities

      Cons

      - Pay was not equitable. No 401K match. AMZN RSUs are low. Zoox stock low with 6-yr vest schedule that starts only after year 2. - High-stress, very bad WLB, especially if managing Asia suppliers. No tangible support. Very hard to take time off as you are sole point of contact at any given time. - Growth and development plans take a back seat as Managers are also overwhelmed. Be wary of promises of growth during the hiring phase.
