      Cool projects, but you don't get rewarded for doing any of them.

      HR designed the perfect systems protect the incompetent while simultaneously causing extreme attrition with top talent. Stay away if you have any iota of skill because your career with stagnate very fast here. The use strategies like "soak time" to prevent career growth while they milk you for more work. You'll have to turn water into wine and they still won't be impressed partly because they have no idea what the work entails.
