      Pros

      Zoox is Amazon-owned so access to AWS resources is a plus.

      Cons

      The company has no revenue trying to salvage a 10-year-old approach and as a result, office politics replaced building anything new, is stuck in simple algorithms for class-labeling that have aged even before put to test.

      Fast paced startup, easy to find a project to work on and own, compensation is good

      Mess is everywhere, it's hard to get redtape work done, sometimes hostile coworkers, they say one-zoox but it feels like everyone for themselves Zoox in most cases
