      Pros

      - nice food - cool thing to work on - software org looks steady from the outside

      Cons

      - toxic environment - managers that have no idea what they're doing and their bad reputation precedes them, but nothing is done - people randomly disappear. Nobody to pick up the work. We have no idea what happened - revolving door of higher level management. I doubt all of them are doing a bad job.

      Typical issues as with most companies. Middle management are a bunch of puppets. Upper management is chock full of hypocrisy.
