      Pros

      - Smart good people - Culture is open so you can learn about any part of the company. They are also open about their successes and failures - the food is really good - People are generally helpful if they are not busy.

      Cons

      - There is tension between engineers on wanting to get things done quick and getting things done right. It's hard to get the right code in place because people are using the old code and old processes to meet deadlines.
