Everyone the company is working for one product.. CEO and CTO work well together and it's transparent about The direction of the company and the timeline of various projects rollout.. The technology and project that we get to work on is challenging and worthwhile to be apart do something that has been done before. Culture of the company is nice. The view of the bay from the cafeteria is gorgeous. The subsidize food is fantastic. The gym is wonderful. Great benefits and salary.

Cons

Management constantly Turning.and with new Manager take some time for them to understand the environment and the way things work, priorities get shifted, and process get changed. The Company is growing fast and on boarding employees on projects it takes priority over other projects. You got to constantly shift and juggle between projects. Two reviews a year on top of shifting priorities between work load.
