      Pros

      If you want to work at a cool self driving vehicle company, Zoox fits the bill. Team is very strong and food is great.

      Sometimes the conference rooms get a little warm.

      Great food and incredibly smart coworkers. A lot of great in-house talent.

      Cons

      Zoox has an amazing product that leadership doesn’t know what to do with. The people who developed the product and major players in the company’s development have started to leave in droves. Part of the problem are the systems in place; a lot of micromanagement. For example, the CTO often chastises his employees for things as minor as their grammar and a lot of systems in place aren’t repeatable as the company scales. Management is a dud.
