Pros

Good salary, challenge job and work with smart people. Nice for those who just graduate from school, could learn many things here. Growing quick both on technical and career, since it is constructed by small teams. Free coffee, drink, and gym; cheap lunch and free dinner.

Cons

No balance between life and work, long working hours. Management is bad, especially on marketing role, hard to catch up the competitors.
