Very satisfying working in a small startup mentality type of an organization.

Pros

start up atmosphere with good information sharing. people are given a lot of latitude in their work as long as objectives are met.

Cons

Resourcing is very limited resulting in people working very long hours which people gladly do but project satisfaction is not achieved a lot of times due to delays also caused by the same.

Pros

Good place to start a career. Good enviroment to learn from each other. Coworkers are friendly. Summer picnics are always fun and a nice perk.

Cons

Management decisions are vague. Pressure is high. We could better support if we understood the vision.Communication could be better.
