Worked from home as company based in Indiana, I live in New York.

Cons

Breaks were strictly enforced, if you were stuck on a call you had to log the reason in a program. I was literally told I had to go to the bathroom on my breaks, I have IBS. If you called in sick on a Monday or Friday you were docked two days. Also unable to transfer a call if the caller wanted to speak to a specific person.
