      Great benefits and updated technology for the client reps.

      Cons

      too many billing issues with the current software, errors between clearing houses - private or public.

      Pros

      Competitive pay, local management and associates are knowledgeable, hard working. There are not many Pros to speak of. MMP was a Great company for employees. I really cannot think of any pros to working for Zotecmmp.

      Cons

      Company has too much work without enough knowledgeable employees to manage the work. Push back from corporate on just about everything though they are completely ignorant of of a situation.Coding Supervisors who are certified but don't know how to code simple radiology reports. Owner's ego is bigger than his company.

      I enjoy my job. I don't feel pressure to overwork myself and there seems to be great room for advancement.

      Cons

      I think they could use more employees. They could also improve the pay for current employees.
