Pros
It's all about who you work for. Like in any company there are good leaders and bad ones. It's a fast paced and challenging environment where you can grow if you want to, but you need to be willing to show a hard work ethic and enthusiasm about your position- even during the ups and downs!
Cons
Technology teams are treated to more perks than rest of the organization; more flexible hours, team lunches, day trips, etc. The exec management team is disconnected from day to day ops yet tries to make decisions about those ops which they are not up to date on.
