Cons
Management/leadership is terrible. People are nothing more than pawns in the schemes of upper management. Mass layoffs are happening regularly and the attrition rate is insane. Leadership talks of a "new strategy" to justify mass layoffs, while hiring more middle managers and sales staff. Word of advice to potential employees and even investors - Zscaler will implode as it destroys the teams that built the company up where it is today. The leaders are soulless corporate money-grubbers who preach about the benefits of AI, but in reality can show no concrete benefits other than numbers they've cooked.
