Pros
- Strong total compensation offering - Flexible work environments - Great engineers. Really great place for creative-minded individuals.
Cons
- Top heavy, more “sayers” than “doers”. Very “VP” friendly, but ICs are running on razor thin teams, while more and more “leadership” is brought into to guide the ship (from the ivory tower). - Political, legacy team members can talk their way out of situations, and shirk responsibility. Very toxic and many back door conversations, where decisions and outcomes are deduced.
