You are given opportunity, opportunity to make a difference, opportunity to wear different hats, opportunity to move around within the organisation and opportunity to be successful and be part of a great team. The management listen to what employees want in terms of benefits and listen to the feedback in the field.

Dynamic, industry leading product, inspirational Leadership, Unicorn, pre-ipo, amazing growth and opportunity. The opportunity to build something amazing and being a big cog in a small machine.

Cons

It's a start up, lots of organised chaos and definitely lots of change as we define our processes as we grow. As with any hyper-growth company, it's hard work and not for the faint hearted.
