Pros

Fantastic, game changing technology. Extremely innovative and a key enabler for network and security transformations and cloud initiatives for businesses of all sizes. A genuinely exciting place to work with excellent people!

Cons

It can take time to convince some companies that there is a new way to address security ready for today's digital business. The Zscaler brand has a way to go before it catches some of the traditional rivals' brands, but the gap is closing all the time! Zscaler is growing at an incredible rate to meet demand which brings its own challenges.

Pros

Culture is amazing - people work there to make a real difference and always go out of their way to assist. We had an issue with a customer last week and asked for help from engineering and they worked non stop till the customer was delighted. Not satisfied but delighted. Everyone in the company is customer focused. Then the platform is great - with apps moving tot he cloud organizations are truly challenged on to secure their internet access/gateways. And what about users that are outside the enterprise. These challenges are solved in a unique and efficient way by Zscaler. When customers send you all their internet traffic, you start to wonder who is the service provider - the telco providing the connectivity or Zscaler ...

Cons

In the past, lots of customers were brought on board very quickly without having the required teams to support them - how this is being more than addressed.
