- ambitious founder and CEO that's passionate about growing the business with owner-operator mindset - experienced C-level suite of executives that seem to work well - hard-working group of employees in every department, with seasoned folks that joined Zscaler pre-IPO in some key positions but most have turned over due to natural attrituion - key spending priority for all enterprises and public entities around the world, especially in the age of AI where cyber threats are on steroids

Cons

- unclear promotion path - first-time VPs seem to join Zscaler from other companies to build out various departments while high performers who have been at Zscaler more a while don't get the incentive and recognition because they are already here - annual equity refresh can be less than impressive as company grew in size compared to the early days
