Cons

poor leadership ran off the good leaders and talent. left a very toxic environment that included publicly belittling people (many people, frequently). It was very awkward and uncomfortable.

Potential money is really really good. Work from home is nice.

Cons

It's a consulting job, so work is not guaranteed. You kinda have buy private insurance as a consultant. You pay your own retirement investments.
