      Pros

      This is this first company I have worked for that not only encourages employee suggestions, but they also listen and implement those ideas. It's so nice to be heard and see constant positive changes. They promote from within, which is very encouraging. They also offer great benefits and bonuses.

      Cons

      Honestly, I have no complaints here!

      Toxic Culture - Owners Don’t Care About Employees

      Pros

      Experience wearing many hats and exposure to C levels in companies. The software is really good, but does not make up for the leadership.

      Cons

      Every employee is a number on a spreadsheet, not an actual person to the owners. They don’t care about the future and growth of employees, only if they are logging enough hours in the day to feed their lifestyle of wannabe Patriots team mom and Florida elite. They have zero interest in development of employees, they monitor Slack to make sure people are working and not talking, they expect you to sacrifice everything. The company is hemorrhaging employees right now, there is a mass exodus, do not join this company.

      Pros

      Excellent product. Smart people. There is a ton of opportunity for growth here. Management rewards people who take initiative and ask for more responsibility / challenges / comp. If you are looking for a very layered organization with lots of managers and people telling you what to do - this isn't the place.

      Cons

      Some recent turn over and growing pains but the company is still sound and delivering for its customers. Founders can be challenging but have proven success.
