      Pros

      Working with great people in a fun, fast paced environment. It is rewarding to work in a place where there are new challenges every day. The company may be young, but the software platform is already disturbing the industry. Bonuses and company perks about for employees willing to go above and beyond.

      Cons

      Being a fairly new company there are always challenges of growing the team. It’s not always going to be the right fit for everyone and finding those people is not always easy.

      Pros

      Working at Zudy has been a great learning experience. Everyday we are challenged as a team and we have a great deal of autonomy to solve problems and earn our stripes! The teamwork attitude has been refreshing and fun.

      Cons

      Lots to learn. Because we are attempting to change the way IT thinks about application development we face many obstacles in overcoming the entrenched attitudes of traditional IT departments. Creativity is required everyday!
