The management team at Zudy has decades of success under their belts and a proven methodology for delivering results to our customers; and yes, the founders are married and have always tried to foster a family atmosphere for their staff. As a result, Zudy has employees who are siblings, married couples, and children of other employees. We consider this a strength, not a detriment, to the business; as our vision is closely aligned. Like all companies who experience significant growth, Zudy has experienced minor organizational growing pains which have been addressed and rectified, due in large part to the feedback from our employees.
