      Pros

      Flexible working environment with great team support. Small team but really strong camaraderie. Management recognizes hard work and they promote from within which is a huge plus. Bonuses are great!

      Cons

      The workload comes in waves but support is always there.

      Cons

      Poor leadership from the top down. Very condescending, unwilling to listen, and impossible to please. Many developers don't work in the office so they cannot see the negativity.

      Pros

      If you get the opportunity to work for Zudy, grab it. Let alone their stellar AppDev Platform Vinyl (which is lightyears beyond its competitors on its approach to transforming the way businesses develop and manage their applications), Zudy's work culture allows for creativity, teamwork, and excellent career growth. The highly motivated and supportive teammates are a blast to work with and learn from. The work is both challenging and rewarding, allowing for personal growth and daily learning. Zudy offers excellent compensation and very supportive management. It's exciting to be part of a cutting-edge company and its ongoing/future success.

      Cons

      The pros far outweigh the cons, but if you are not used to a fast-paced environment that requires good work ethics on your part, you may fall behind. That's not really a con, just a fact; put in the work and reap the benefits of a fast-growing company with unlimited potential.
