      Pros

      Great “Start Over” vs. startup, this is founder’s 3rd technology venture. Company offers a revolutionary product, disrupting digital transformation and provides great value to its customers. Collaborative work environment, amazing co-workers, and excellent benefits including: company outings, sporting events and team building trips, provide the perfect climate to grow and thrive.

      Cons

      Zudy is currently in the transitional phase and experiencing rapid adoption and expansion. It's not always smooth sailing while continuing to build an A-team, but these are only temporary issues that are resolved as new team members are added monthly. You'll also have some trouble if you're the type of person that needs to be micromanaged and aren’t able to add immediate value.

      Pros

      Well funded start up led by founders who have proven success in the tech space. Zudy's no-code platform is disrupting the industry and revolutionizing the way companies develop applications. Delivering digital transformation to the Enterprise in quick timeframes for a fraction of the cost of competitors. Well defined road map and a number of high profile reference clients.

      Cons

      There is so much demand and resulting work that you're constantly worried you might drop the ball on something. High expectations and a team of high performers - so if you're not up to the task, you won't last.

      Mentor Culture with Focus on Employees

      Pros

      Zudy has provided me with incredible opportunities to work with brilliant people and learn from the best. There is a strong mentor culture and focus on how to innovate not just follow. I particularly appreciate the solid support I receive from management every day. In addition, the security every employee was afforded during the Covid years was very important. Management had a very thoughtful approach and attention to every employee as a person and their specific needs.

      Cons

      I wish there were more opportunities to get together with the entire team but with Covid it’s been tough. As we emerge into a better cycle, I look forward to more in person activities.
