Pros
Zudy is small which gives you the ability to take on various projects and exposure to many different aspects of the company. I've had opportunities to assist in projects that are a bit outside the scope of my job description which is a great way to gain extremely valuable experience! Everyone on the team is encouraged to participate in driving the strategic initiatives we have in sales, marketing, client engagement, etc. I see a ton of passion and involvement coming from our executive team, our app developers, and even our clients who we work with! This makes working for Zudy feel even more meaningful and exciting.
Cons
There are many advantages being a small company, but there are also challenges for that same reason. Sometimes it feels like we don't have enough people to get certain projects done which can cause delays.
