The environment is fast-paced and exciting. There is a lot going on all the time. Constant growth leads to a lot of opportunities. Management is genuinely committed to first class customer satisfaction and taking good care of their employees. When Covid hit Zudy was one of the first to send everyone home to work. They made it clear we had a lot to get done but also family time was also a priority. Plenty of freedom to make decisions and participate in the future of the company and product. Everyone I have worked with in the company is very patient and supportive. A very fun and exciting place to work. I can see what I do making a difference. I feel valued and that what I think and do is important.
