You are able to go from front desk to a tech if you go to school for it I heard they help with paying for it.

Cons

As a front desk to move up to Asst manager or office manager can take years or if you're cool with admin. You also have to work your way up to day shift. A lot of favoritism. Not really recognized for hard work. Barely any bonus pay. Worked 3 years and was denied raise.
