Excellent hours and PTO. On average starting off you get 26 days

Cons

At zwanger, you are just a number to management. Your needs are not a priority. When you pass an additional registry, there is not a set $amount raise, every one receives a different amount and it is based on nothing. There is no merit, seniority, or skills that is taken into consideration

Expensive health insurance, Poor upper management (Subpar), pointless HR team, workplace bullying tactics. The list goes on! Lawsuit waiting to happen

I honestly can’t think of one. Not a single one. A promise to grow and make more money but no, that never happens. So yes nothing good to say.

Cons

Young Management that haven’t a clue how to manage. They don’t motivate or encourage employees. They literally want them on the phone 7 hours a day with a half hour lunch. It’s like a sweat shop in the scheduling department. No windows drop ceiling leaking with bags over it. Honestly the conditions are awful. Thank god I was only there for 18 months until I found a REAL JOB!! Do yourself a favor get a job anywhere but here!
