Extremely TOXIC Environment. They promise you the world then strip it from you after they have you in their clutches and cut your pay. Mine was cut 43.28%.

Cons

Brutal workload with little regard for patient safety, as technologists are forced to leave patients unattended on equipment to tend to other patients. Impossible schedules, double booking and one technologist operating two machines at once.
