Pros

I have found that everyone from the top and down truly cares about our patients and there's an enthusiasm about the staff every day. You can tell by how long most employees stay, that this is like a second family.

Cons

I can't think of any cons at all.

health benefits, 401k with match, PTO pay out. the culture is great. they really care about your well being. you're not just a number. very family oriented even though they are so large now.

Cons

have to work evenings 12pm-8pm when you start
