Zymo does an incredible job at making everyone in the company feel welcome and supported. Weekly catered lunches and occasional team lunches are provided. Managers and HR are professional and ready to help with whatever may be needed. They seem genuinely interested in the career goals of their employees and will work to help you achieve those goals. Zymo provides great opportunities to students by offering internships with individual research projects at a competitive pay. Overall, there is a lot of potential for growth both for the company and the employees.
