Everyone gets along really well. Lunch is provided every Thursday. Everyone from the top to the bottom works equally hard. A good place to learn a little bit of everything. Lots of potential for growth.

Cons

You can get fired anytime before you become a permanent employee. If you do not work hard or do not get along with your team, you will get the boot.

The company does really good in terms of finance. It is a small company and you get to learn a lot from several departments.

Cons

Even though they interview you personally, they will hire you through Aerotek, so be aware, they can dispose you anytime without prior warning.

Essentially being the only technician on site made me grow very quick. Management at this company enables employees and trusts us to come up with solutions that will improve company workflow.

None. I absolutely loved my time at Zymo Research.
