Face paced. Always something to do. Your hands are in your product from R&D to Marketing to Sales. You'll learn a lot about all the aspects of Biotech if you're an RA. A lot of opportunity for you to become who you want to be, one of the few places you can move from R&D to Marketing to HR to wherever you want to be, as long as you have the skill and talent. Free lunch on Thursdays. Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance are paid 100% if you're single. People are friendly and willing to help. CEO is very open and approachable.

Cons

Pay is average. There are always 'those' people who you wonder what they're getting paid to do.

Training starts in MFG for 2 weeks for everyone no matter who you are, assembling the DNA & RNA Kits. Good to know the process and the products. No question is to dum. Training with the CS Manager step by step , patient and showing you the how to's and why's. Owner is very humble and really cares about his employees and customers. Thanks everyone by providing free lunch on Thursdays. In return Work Hard in a fast pace enviroment doing the best work you can. Everyone is so nice and "chil" here. Pleasant enviroment for sure.

Cons

Growing Pains - in 8 years they had to move to bigger facilities. Started in a garage with 8 people in 1994 but currently have 167 employees and moving again locally in 2019 to a bigger facility. Constantly changing . Must be willing to go with it.
