Pros

Career opportunities are great, you can get more responsibilities quickly if you are hardworking. Your career opportunities inside and outside of the company will grow quickly. Compensations are great comparatively. Good communication is cared.

Cons

Sometimes visible energy of the office can be low because most of the employees are introverted. It's worked on but sometimes decisions rely on few people.
