Above & beyond & LGBTQ+ inclusive benefits. Teams filled with talented people in all fields. Collaboration & feedback is highly encouraged and actually implemented. Many employee resource groups. Flexibility on hours. Wonderful office spaces. Lots of support and tools for career development and learning.

Cons

We've acquired many great studios & games, but there's a great hesitation to allow for unique and new ideas to be developed within the studio. This is understandable, from a business standpoint. It is, however, disappointing for those who wish to create something really innovative, as it doesn't really get the support it needs (via hackathons or otherwise)
